How do you know when you are stressed?
There are many indicators that we can notice when we are stressed. Sometimes we might notice physical symptoms (i.e. stomach ache) before we even recognize that we are feeling stressed in the first place.
Being aware of our own emotional, physical, mental, and relational cues for being stressed can help us to act quicker with stress management strategies.
