Do you ever notice yourself rushing to get things done or get to places only to realize that there is no real urgency?

When we rush, we usually don’t make the best decisions nor enjoy the choices we make. Do you ever consider - does this really need to be accomplished immediately or am I putting unnecessary pressure on myself?

Ask yourself these 3 questions next time you feel overwhelmed or rushed:

1. Where is this sense of urgency coming from? 

2. Does this really need to be accomplished right now?

3. Why do I need to do this immediately?
