With Cheryl Tarnofsky
Art is a great tool to use when you're feeling stuck, or like you can't express your current feelings or emotions.
In this art therapy exercise, Frame therapist Cheryl Tarnofsky guides you through a drawing prompt to help get you unstuck. *No artistic skills required.
Here's what you'll need:
-- A large piece of paper
-- Drawing materials such a pencils, pens, markers, or crayons. A color variety is nice if possible
After the exercise, she shares reflective questions to help you make meaning of what you drew.
