You're good at accepting others' feelings and giving good advice but have difficulty allowing others to do the same for you.You might be holding onto unrealistic expectations for yourself in regards to emotional availability and vulnerability.

You want others to check in on you but you are scared to ask.

I want to reassure you that you can still be strong and ask for help. Asking for help and being vulnerable is a healthy way of communication.
